I am a Montana native, born and raised in Butte, Montana.  Education has always been my focus, from the time I tutored elementary school students as a high school volunteer.  In my twenty-something years in education, I have been a classroom teacher, counselor, principal, district curriculum director, and superintendent.  I began my service in the Somers Lakeside District in 2004.  I was attracted to District #29 because of the high quality of teaching and learning, the impressive parent involvement, and the personal care that each and every student receives. 

 

We are, indeed, fortunate to live in this beautiful place, to enjoy the warm personal relationships that are the hallmark of our community, and know that our children are receiving the best education possible.  I am delighted to be a part of this district's mission.
