After twenty years in elementary education, I suddenly find myself in the unique and exciting world of middle school.  My teaching experiences in elementary include second grade, multiage 1st/2nd, special education 1st-5th, and one year as interim principal.  I have always had a passion for teaching reading and writing so I am excited by the challenge that 6th-8th Title One reading offers.

 

I was raised in Libby, Montana and graduated from college from Eastern in Billings with a degree in elementary education and special education.  I have two children ages nine and thirteen.  My husband Eric, is a sixth grade PE teacher at Kalispell Middle School.
