Fifth Grade Supply List

2012-2013

You will need the following supplies for class:

·        #2 pencils (Minimum 20)

·        eraser – 1 big pink

·        pens (2 blue, 5 red)

·        5 pocket folders

·        24 pack colored pencils

·        4  1-subject spiral notebooks

·        scissors

·        pencil sharpener with case

·        9 glue sticks

·        markers

·        Prang watercolor paints

·        zippered case to hold pencils, pens, scissors, etc.

·        2 pkg. lined loose leaf paper

·        4 dry erase markers

·        1 dry erase eraser

·        4 black Sharpie markers (2 fine tip, 2 ultra-fine tip)

·        PE shoes (shoes must be able to tie tight)
